Kim grew up moving frequently, as the daughter of a corporate executive. This gives her an invaluable understanding of the needs of a family relocating. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Kim received a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics. She received her J.D. from SMU Law School.
Kim practiced Real Estate Law for approximately 5 years, the first half in Dallas and the second half in San Antonio after marrying her husband, Larry. During this time she drafted and negotiated contracts, leases and finance documents and conducted foreclosures.
She brings this wealth of knowledge to assist her clients in their purchase, sale or lease of all types of residential property. Kim is a skilled negotiator who will help her buyers obtain good value for their purchasing dollar.
Kim and Larry have enjoyed raising 3 sons in the Alamo Heights area, drawn by the excellent schools, welcoming community and countless activities and opportunities for involvement in the immediate and surrounding vicinity. Kim has been active in the Alamo Heights School's PTO's and has served on the Alamo Heights Schools Foundation Board.
Kim has also been active in and served as an officer of the San Antonio Junior League, the S.A. Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, the Any Baby Can Alliance Board, the Christian Assistance Ministry Board and First Presbyterian Church. She is also a new member of The Battle of Flowers Association.
Her community involvement has given her a strong knowledge of and appreciation for the San Antonio community in general and the Alamo Heights School District in particular, as well as a working knowledge of the various neighborhoods in the area. In her spare time, Kim also enjoys tennis, golf and hiking.
